Peacefully, on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Lakeridge Health Centre, in Port Perry, at age 51. Ann (nee Hopkins), beloved wife of Stephen Rutledge of Woodville. Loving mother of Olivia, Bradley, and Ryan. Loved daughter of Sam and Barbara Hopkins of Burnt River, and daughter in law of Roden and Carol Rutledge of Cannington. Dear sister of Karen and her husband John Sproxton of Woodville and David Hopkins and his wife Deborah of Woodville. Sister in law of Michael Rutledge and his wife Deanna of Woodville. Ann will be missed by her close friend Carol Coyle and many nieces and nephews. The family of Ann Rutledge will receive friends at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw Street South in Cannington on Friday, April 8th from 2 – 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Woodville United Church, 104 King Street in Woodville on Saturday, April 9th at 11 a.m. Interment Smith’s Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to Woodville United Church, or the Canadian Cancer Society. Memories, photos and condolences may be shared at www.thornefuneralhome.ca
