Peacefully, on Sunday, April 16, 2017 at the Peterborough Civic Hospital, at age 80. Peter McMillan, dearly loved husband of Doris (nee Kett). Loved father of Jacquie Londry (Danny) and Deanna Keeler (Wayne) and stepfather of Charles Salmon (Cat). Loving grandfather of Amanda (Dave), Brent (Jessica), Jeremy (Jessica) and Kyle (Lilly) and great grandfather of Hadley. Peter will be missed by his brother, sisters, nieces, nephews and his 4 legged companion Bailey. The family of Peter McMillan will receive friends at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw Street South in Cannington (705-432-2672) on Wednesday, April 19th from 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Woodville United Church, 104 King Street in Woodville on Thursday, April 20th at 2 p.m. Private interment Eden Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to ALS Canada, the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.
