Obituary of Kristi Lynne Wagg

Peacefully, after a lengthy illness on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at her home in Valentia, at age 57. Kristi Wagg, beloved wife of Gary VanDine. Loved stepmother of Sean (Melanie) and Bill (Julie) and step grandmother of Kayla, Kaiden, Brayden, Jeremy, Lena May, Emma Ryley and great grandmother of Kalleigh and Kennedi. Dearly loved daughter of Doneta and the late Bruce Wagg. Dear sister of Joanne Curnow (Grant) and Elaine Bayard (Richard). Loving aunt of Brian, Nick (Aya), Adam (Jocie), Trevor and Amanda and great aunt of Autumn, Hunter, Winter, Isla, Eden, Sierra, Emily and Levi. Kristi will also be missed by her four-legged friend Wyatt.

Kristi was an avid horsewoman owning, raising and racing standard bred horses. She also bred and raised prize winning boxers. Kristi attended Scott Central Public School, Uxbridge Secondary School and Seneca College for Horse Husbandry.

A private Family Service was held at the THORNE FUNERAL HOME, 109 Laidlaw Street South in Cannington (705-432-2672) on Friday, July 11^th at 11 a.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
