Q: What will you never forget about Dana?
A: One thing I will never forget about Dana is she was a loving friend to my family and especially to my son Jimmy. Their history goes back many years elementary school at CPES grade 8. Macy and Madison your mother will always be remembered for the impact she made with those children. My condolences for the loss of such a wonderful woman I thank God for the memories we will have forever.

Jim, Maddie and Macy, we are so deeply sorry for your loss. I remember so many fond memories together with Dana especially when the kids were younger. Us sharing becoming new moms together, and just the comfort she brought to all of us as a mom, friend and her teacher like ways with our kids. My heart is truly broker. May she be at peace with God now.

I remember Dana so very fondly as we sang 2nd Soprano together in the KC Choir for many years — through choir tours, countless rehearsals, and special moments shared at Kingsway College. She carried herself with a strong yet quiet grace, always kind, steady, and thoughtful. Dana had a beautiful soul that shone through in the way she treated others and in the spirit she brought to the music we shared.
Her faith was evident not only in what she believed, but in the gentle way she lived her life each day. She will be remembered with deep affection and gratitude by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her presence blessed so many lives, and her memory will remain in our hearts.

We had a lot of great memories with Dana and Jim over the years. From being neighbors for the first years of our marriges to our dogs being best buds, to many many meals together. Restaurant get togethers were pretty frequent as we all liked new foods and new restaurants.
