Dear Szczepaniak Family: Everyone is devastated by the loss of your son, and brother, and our friend, Chris. No one wants to believe it. We only have happy memories of you all, as our good neighbours and fellow students. Our Mom loved him the most. Our cousin's still remember meeting Ed, after all of these years! A few years ago, in September, there suddenly was a wave of visitors to our home, the same day and week, just before the start of school. Chris stopped by that day, too! The happy memories, and a feeling of hope, came flooding back!!! Of course, we were all grown. Mom said that everyone gets sentimental at that time of year, because of the memories of being young, going to school, and having the entire world and our lives ahead of us. That is what we have. The happy memories of the band, our friendships, Ed and Patrick, my talking to Zen over the phone on New Year's Eve about the war going on in Eastern Europe (1991), and the good and happy times. We love you, we love and miss you, we love and miss Chris. God Bless. Love from Shirley and Pat, and Terry, Sherry, Patrick and Robert Orton, Tammy Harris and Don Arsenaut OXOXOXOXOXOXOXOX.

So very sorry to hear about Chris' passing. I haven't seen him in several years but we all shared a lot of great times and good memories of him. It was nothing for us to all wake up to Chris sleeping on our couch. He was such an easy going guy.
