MacDonald, Hugh Entered into rest peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Thursday, February 13, 2014. Hugh MacDonald, in his 93rd year, was the beloved husband of Mildred (nee Miller). Loving father of the late Janette (John) Pilgrim (2004) of Sunderland, Gail (Jim) Harrington of Orangeville and Ralph (Janet) MacDonald of Pefferlaw. Dearly remembered by his grandchildren George (Carrie) Pilgrim, Charlene (Rob) Coulter, Denise (Paul) Holloway, David (Terri) Harrington, Colleen (Will) Andrews, Stephanie (Jeff Horn) MacDonald and 11 great grandchildren Alicia, Cara & Ben Pilgrim, Brooklyn & Meghan Coulter, Kayleigh & Taryn Holloway, Molly & Isabel Harrington, Madelyn & Alexia Andrews. Special friends Dan Van Dyke and Todd White and their son Daniel Roman. Predeceased by his sister Ruth McDonald. Friends are invited to visit at St. Andrews United Church, 10 Church St. in Sunderland on Sunday, February 16, 2014 from 1:30 pm until time of Funeral Service at 3:30 pm. Interment at Sunderland Cemetery. As a remembrance, donations to St. Andrews United Church, would be appreciated.
