Entered into rest at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Friday May 23rd, 2008. James McGuire, in his 79th year, was the beloved husband of Jean Gill. Loving father of Pat & Joe Hurren of Cannington, Jamie of Calgary, Kevin of Burlington and Terry & Cindy of Brampton. Dear Grampa of Beverly (Brian) MacDonald-Logan, Billy, Kory, Brock, Sean, Mark, Victoria and Leanna. Dearly remembered by cousin Jean Hacket and brother-in-law Colin McLachlan. Also cousins in Scotlan, Netta and David Sproule, Jim Meechie and Jean Melaney. Funeral Service was held from the Thorne Funeral Home in Cannington on Monday May 26th, 2008 at 2:00 pm. Interment Cedar Vale Cemetery in Cannington. As a remembrance, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Lung Association or a charity of your choice, would be appreciated by the family.
