FOSTER, Ethel
Entered into rest at the Village of Taunton Mills nursing home in Whitby on Friday, December 19, 2014. Ethel Gertrude Foster (nee Thomerson) in her 96th year, was the beloved wife of the late George Dobson Foster ( 1995 ). Loving mother of Avery Thomerson Wallis of B.C. and Margaret Louise Foster Sledziewski of Whitby. Dearly remembered by her grandchildren Jeffrey (Shari) Johnston, David Johnston, Jason (Lauren) Sledziewski, Kyle (Suzy) Sledziewski and her great -grandchildren Ember, Lauren, Cole, Carter and Owen. Dear sister of James (Janice)Thomerson of Montreal. Predeceased by her infant son Bobbie Foster, three brothers Bill, Art and John Thomerson and one sister Kate (also known as Ivy) Jaegge. Friends are invited to attend a visitation at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw St.S. in Cannington on Saturday, December 27, 2014 from 12 noon until 2:00 pm. The family will then travel to Necropolis Cemetery for a graveside service of committal. If desired, donations to the Kidney Cancer Foundation or the Alzheimer Society, would be appreciated.
