Angelica is mourned by her loving mother Pamela Holder of Sunderland. Survived by her brother's Brendin and Corbin and her sister, Sophie. Other grieving family members include Nanny Debbie and Popa Jack Holder of Uxbridge, Auntie Laura and Uncle Sean Nicholson of Markham, Auntie Natalie Holder and Uncle Kevin Haggerty of Napanee and Emily Nicholson of Markham. Friends are invited to join the family at a graveside service at Sunderland Cemetery on Friday, May 15th, 2015 at 11:00 am. Following the service, you are invited to a gathering at the Sunderland Town Hall for refreshments and finger foods. Thank you to Janice Dalacker (Uxbridge Community Midwives) and staff at Markham Stouffville Hospital.
