Roy Hoskin entered into rest at Lakeridge Health in Port Perry on Wednesday July 23rd, 2008. Roy John Hoskin in his 83rd year was the beloved husband for 61 years of Mary Jean Newell. Loving father of John of Toronto, Brian & Denise of Sunderland, Donald & Sandra of Markham and Ruth & Steve of Chatsworth. Devoted grandad of Amy (Philip) Harrison, Erin (Leslie) Smith, Samantha, Richard, David, Yvonne, Kristen, Branden, Robyn and great granddaughter Lacey. Dear brother of Norene and Murray Hooper of Huntsville. Dearly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Memorial Chapel 98 River Street Sunderland on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service from Pinedale Church on Side Road 18 south-east of Sunderland on Saturday July 26th, 2008 at 1 pm. Interment Pinedale Cemetery. As a remembrance donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
