Maxine Cameron entered into rest suddenly on Sunday July 13, 2008. Maxine Cameron (nee French) in her 59th year was the beloved wife of 38 years of George Cameron of Manilla. Loving mother of Tracey and Adrian of Lindsay and Tim of Manilla. Cherished daughter of Frances French of Manilla and the late Stephen French (2004). Devoted Nana of Katlynn and Jade. Dear sister of Marilyn Barnes of Beaverton, Joanne and Don Stewart of Beaverton, Gwen and Brian Switzer of Gamebridge and Wayne French of Manilla. Dear sister-in-law of Rosan and Roger McClure, Jim Cameron, Earlene and Brian Burnie, Connie and Jack Jacobs, Ed and Terri Cameron, Bev and Jim Wilson and Barb and Kelly Burnie. Dearly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents-in-law Emma and Earlby Cameron. Friends are invited to come in casual attire to a celebration of the life of Maxine Cameron on Saturday July 26, 2008 at 2:00 pm at the Cannington Legion Hall on Peace Street close to the park. As a remembrance donations to the Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated by the family and may be made through the Thorne Funeral Home in Cannington.
