Prayers go out to Bills family! Memories from Pine Point..Especially the night Bill and I tried to best each other over His Uncles farm and my Grandfather's farm only to realize it was the same farm of Victor Bouchards. We had a really great laugh over that. Condolences to all. Bob and Wendy Bouchard.

We will miss you Uncle Bill. Although we didn't see you as often as we would have liked to when we would talk and catch up it was like there was never anytime lost in between. Growing up you were the Uncle who taught us so many things and were always so much fun to be around. I hope you are up having a great reunion with my mom as you were always so special to her. You had an energy about you that was contagious. Thinking of you and of course the family you leave behind. Kristy, Daniel, Jan and families please know we are thinking of you and your loss. He will be missed by many and I hope you take comfort in the memories you have and seeing how many people's lives he touched. <3

Dear Bill, Family & Friends, My mom (Kelly), Family & Myself would like to give our deepest condolences, we are still so shocked and can’t rap our heads around that Bill has gone home with our father, he was so stubborn, we all miss him so much but we know that even though Bill has gone home with our father we know in our hearts that he will never be gone, he will be in our hearts and in everything that we do in life because we learned from him a lot. He taught a lot of us Faith, Hope, Caring, Strength, but most of all he taught us LOVE, he himself had an incredible amount of love that I never knew could happen to a person in this world, but Bill was one of a kind, no matter what a situation was bad or good, Bill was ALWAYS there lending his loving and helpful hands to those who were in need. At one time I asked him if he ever went home and rested because Bill was always at New Life or at one of the other food banks in our community lending his loving and helpful hands or he was out on the streets always lending those loving helpful hands again to the homeless, Our family has never seen someone so close to the homeless people and getting to know them by lending an ear to talk too, or helping them by giving them some of his money or even buying them things like a cold drink in the summer or a hot drink in the winter, he was the perfect one out there when we did our homeless packages for Ann Thompson our Director at New Life, My Mom and I extremely loved working with him at New Life and we will miss him not being there making coffee and helping us. Bill was a great guy, and he made an office for me to work in at New Life, he painted, he built a desk together, and he even washed the windows for me, when I saw the office I was so happy and excited and I went and told him thank you, thank you, it’s perfect, he looked at me and said that it was a special office for a special person. So Bill I will cherish that office because I truly love what you did to it to make it so special for me and my mom will still check her phone every Tuesday and Thursday just for you Bill, It’s time to rest with our father from all the hard loving work that you did here and we ALL can’t wait till we are able to see you again. Rest in Peace Bill, we ALL love you! Kelly, Maria & Family.

I missed him already from the moment I heard of his passing. He was a great friend to me and my wife and a Brother to me. I look forward to seeing him again whole and well as God intended. And maybe then we'll get to play guitars together.

We've lost a true friend and inspiration. Bill came to our church community and left joy and blessing before he passed on. We look forward to seeing him again in the Earth made new. Rest in peace Bill, we are grateful to God we had a chance to share in your journey for a little while.
