Entered into rest at Caressant Care in Lindsay on Monday, July 27, 2015. Vera May Webster (nee Fisher), in her 96th year, was the beloved wife of the late Thomas "Harvey" Webster (1995). Loving mother of Harvey Jr. (Marilyn) Webster of Bowmanville, Alfred Webster predeceased, Fae (Bertram) Chatten of Peterborough, Lynda (Elwood) Lee of Whitby and Dianna (William) Pegg of Sunderland. Dear sister of Gordon (Jean) Fisher both predeceased, George (Verna predeceased) Fisher of Saskatchewan, Alvin (Doreen) Fisher of Manitoba, Forbes Fisher of Oshawa and sister-in-law of Rae (Rena) Webster, both predeceased. Survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Dearly remembered by many nieces , nephews and her friends in Manilla , Sunderland and at Caressant Care in Lindsay. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home, 98 River Street in Sunderland on Thursday, July 30, 2015 from 1:30 until time of Service in the Chapel at 2:30 pm. Interment McNeil Cemetery. As a remembrance, donations to the Cancer Society or the Manilla Library, would be appreciated.
