Kerry Lee Gould (nee Smith)
Kerry passed peacefully surrounded by loving family and good friends, on Wednesday, July 29th, 2015. She is survived by Bill, her husband of 35 years, her mother, Flo Smith, her sisters, Erin (Lee) and Dawn (Murray), many nieces and nephews, her Jack Russell terrier Mackie and her cats. Kerry's passions knew no bounds - sailing, cooking, helping others, rescuing animals of all kinds, jewelry-making, knitting, driving and painting. The family would like to thank Kerry's exceptional medical team - Val, Dr. Schurter, Rona, Lisa, Dr. Koneru, Sue and Neveen. A Celebration of Kerry's Life will be held on Saturday, August 8th, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw St.S. in Cannington. Donations in Kerry's memory can be made to the Kawartha Turtle Trauma Centre in Peterborough or the Hope for Wildlife Society.
