Halward, Jean Entered into rest peacefully with family by her side at Extendicare in Port Hope on Saturday, August 1st, 2015. Eunice Jean Halward (nee Francis), in her 98th year, was the beloved wife of the late Howard Halward (2004). Loving mother of Judith ( predeceased 2013) Bob Shrubsall of Stratford, Brenda Nutter (Doug predeceased 1994) of Baltimore and Terry Halward (Bonnie predeceased 2009) of Port Perry. Dearly remembered by 6 grandchildren Blair (Carolyn) Shrubsall, Tracy (Bryan) Vickers, Kevin (Brandi) Paton, Heather (Darren) Verge, David Halward and Dan (Kim) Halward. Also 7 great grandchildren Emma and Graham Vickers, Paton and Emilee Verge, McKinnon and Makaella Paton and Nicholas Halward. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw St. S. in Cannington on Thursday, August 6th, 2015 from 2:00 pm until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 3:00 pm. Interment All Saint's Anglican Cemetery near Cannington. As a remembrance, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Alzheimer's Society or the Multiple Sclerosis Society, would be gratefully appreciated.
