Suddenly at Soldier's Memorial Hospital in Orillia on Wednesday August 20, 2008 in his 72nd year after 6 years courageously fighting massive infection after hip replacement surgery. Ralph was born on October 13, 1936 in Manilla, son of the late William and Annie (Sonley) Holder. Beloved husband of Irene (Bonnell) Holder. Dear father of Murray at Home and Stan and Vickie (Phillips) of Brechin. Lovingly remembered by three granddaughters Susan, Shavonne and laura. Brother of Muriel Wylie of Oakwood and Marion Fielding of Lindsay. Predeceased by infant brother John, 12 year old sister Alice, Wilma Dancey and brother-in-law Byrnell Wylie and Leslie Fielding. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home 109 Laidlaw Street South Cannington on Sunday August 24 from 7-9 pm. Funeral service from Trinity United Church Cannington on Monday August 25 at 2 pm. Interment of cremated remains at Cedar Vale Cemetery.
