Verna Stevenson
Entered into rest suddenly at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa on Sunday, November 9th, 2008. Verna McMullen, in her 85th year, was the beloved wife of the late Lloyd Stevenson (2007). Loving mother of Carl (Susan) Stevenson of Seagrave, Doreen Stevenson of Oshawa and Ron (Carol) Stevenson of Uxbridge. Dear grandma of Brian, Candace (Paul), Michelle, Warren (Brenda), Deanna (Tim), Janene and Jeffrey also great grandma of Bradley, Cameron, Kayla, Olivia and Eric. Dearly remembered by nephew Ross (Louise) Stevenson. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Memorial Chapel, 98 River St. in Sunderland on Wednesday, November 12th 2008 from 12 noon until time of service in the Chapel at 2:00 pm. Interment St. John Cemetery in Brock Township. As a remembrance, donations to Udora United Church, would be appreciated by the family.
