Calvin Smallwood entered into rest at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Wednesday November 26, 2008 in his 79th year. Calvin George Smallwood of Cannington was the beloved husband of Edith Pugh. Loving father of Larry (Whilma) of Cannington, Leanne (David) Harding of Pefferlaw and Linda (Alan) Balsdon of Sunderland. Dearly remembered by grandchildren Jennifer (Don), Kristen, Wayne (Jennifer), Adam (Melissa), Bradley, Emily, Jonathan, Benjamin, Matthew, Elizabeth and Scott and remembered by great grandchildren Dylan, Abigail, Jacob, Jesse and Lyndsay. Dear brother of Shirley (Harold) Scott of Lindsay. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home 109 Laidlaw Street South in Cannington on Friday November 28th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Saturday at 1 pm. Interment Stone Church Cemetery Beaverton.
