Entered into rest peacefully with family by his side on Wednesday, January 28th, 2009. Alan Roger Cameron, in his 79th year, was the beloved husband of Willa (nee Wright). Loving father of Barbara (Ken) Jacques of Newcastle, Craig (Tami) Cameron of Beaverton, Donald (Gayle) Cameron of Alberta, Mitchell (Mona) Cameron of New Brunswick and Donna (Tony) Herold of Port Perry. Dear Grampa of Jessica, Rebecca, Cooper, Vanessa, Brandon, Kim, Ryan, Ashley, Melissa, Paul and Niko. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Celebration on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2009 at St. Andrews United Church in Sunderland. Willa and her family will be receiving friends at the church from 12 noon until time of service at 2:00 pm. As a remembrance, donations to Lions Quest would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the Thorne Funeral Home.
