Carl Jordan
Entered into rest at the Peterborough Hospital on Thursday, April 9th, 2009. Carl Leslie Jordan, in his 86th year, was the beloved husband of Ila Jordan (nee Baker). Loving father of Leslie & Ken, Gary & Mary, Glenna & Mike, Carla & Graham, Cathie & Paul and Barry & Jameela. Dearly remembered Grampa of Ricky, Kristen, Melissa, Caitlin, Ashley, Matthew, Josh, Colin, Danielle and Lindsey. Survived by one sister Bernice and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Clara & Elmer Jordan, 2 brothers Ernest and Vernon and 2 sisters Audrey and Ruth. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw St.S., in Cannington on Sunday, April 12 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service from Woodville United Church on Monday, April 13th, 2009 at 2:00 pm. Spring Interment Eden Cemetery. As a remembrance, donations to the Dialysis Units at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay or the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, would be appreciated by the family.
