Stanley Warvill
Entered into rest at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Friday June 12th, 2009. Stan Warvill, in his 80th year, was the beloved husband of the late Jean Lorraine Southern (2002). Loving father of Darlene (Bill) Smith of Port Hope and Roger Warvill of Cannington. Dearly remembered by eight grandchildren, Jennifer, Jimmy, Kate, Steven, Jonathan, Sarah, Roger and Jenna, one great grandson Rowan and one sister Shirley (Charles) Waller of Whitby. Predeceased by two grandchildren. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw Street South in Cannington, on Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Tuesday, June 16th, 2009 at 2:00 pm. Interment CedarVale Cemetery. As a remembrance, donations to the Kidney Foundation, Wilfrid United Church or a charity of your choice, would be appreciated by the family.
