Helen Stuckey (formerly of Guelph) Entered into rest with family by her side at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Thursday, September 24th, 2009 after a courageous battle. Helen Jean Stuckey (nee Otter), in her 82nd year, was the beloved wife of William (Bill) Stuckey of Cannington. Loving daughter of the late Harry and Annie Otter. Dear sister of Stella Baker of Markham. Predeceased by her siblings Mary, Joe, Olga, John, Paul and Fred. Dear sister-in-law of Niece, Jean and Shirley Otter, Jean Vollett and Reta and Wally Frost. Dearly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw St.S. in Cannington, on Sunday, September 27th 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Monday, September 28th, 2009 at 1:30 pm. Cremation will follow the service with interment of cremated remains later at Wideman Mennonite Cemetery in Markham. As a remembrance, donations to the Kidney Foundation or a charity of your choice, would be appreciated by the family.
