Obituary of John Jefferis

John Jefferis Entered into rest at Lakeview Manor in Beaverton on Thursday, October 8th, 2009. John Lewis Jefferis, in his 80th year, was the beloved husband of the late Patricia Doreen Jefferis (nee Knowles) (2009). Loving father of Patti Dookie of Markham, Susan Wareham of Cannington and Cathie Lyall of Cannington. Dearly remembered by grandchildren Matthew, Shawn, Lesley, Tyler, Chad, Jennifer, Jessica, Nicole and one great grandson James. Dear brother of Phyllis Anderson of Ottawa. Predeceased by his son David (1989). Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw St. S., in Cannington, on Monday, October 12th, 2009 from 7 - 9 pm and on Tuesday, October 13th, 2009 from 10:00 am until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 am. Interment CedarVale Cemetery. As a remembrance, donations to the Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer's Society, would be appreciated by the family. All members of Brock Lodge # 354 and visiting brethren, are asked to assemble at the funeral home for Masonic Service Monday, October 12th at 8:30 pm.
