Thelma Thompson
Entered into rest at Montfort Hospital in Ottawa with family by her side on Saturday, April 2nd, 2011. Thelma Thompson (nee Hood), was the beloved wife for 48 years of the late Ross Thompson (1992). Cherished mother of Beverley Banks of Ottawa, Ken (Donna) Thompson of Sudbury and Don Thompson of Lindsay. Loving grandma of Shaun & Angele Banks, Jeff & Kim Banks, Sarah Thompson, Stephanie Thompson, Chris & Erin Thompson, Natalie Thompson, Samantha Craig, Jason Craig and great grandma of Ryan Banks, Taylor Banks, Matthew Larson, London Banks and Aiden Scott. Dear sister of Norma Hood predeceased, Joyce Crapper, June Snoddon and Lawrence Hood predeceased. Friends are invited to call at St. Andrews United Church, 10 Church St., in Sunderland, on Wednesday, April 6th, 2011 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on Thursday, April 7th, 2011 from 1:00 pm until time of Funeral Service at 2:00 pm. Interment Sunderland Cemetery. As a remembrance, donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Cancer Society, would be appreciated.
