Obituary of Alice Purvis

Alice Purvis Entered into rest at Caressant Care on McLaughlin in Lindsay on Thursday, April 21, 2011. Alice Winnifred Purvis (nee Burns), in her 91st year, was the beloved wife of the late Harvey Dawson Purvis (1998). Loving mother of Betty-Ann (Bruce) Blanchard of Sunderland and David Purvis of Edmonton. Dearly remembered by her grandchildren Shelley (Gary) Rynard, Cheri (Chris) Penny, Ryan, Brock, Dustin and Kailey. Predeceased by her three sisters Thelma Rowland, Hazel Bagshaw and Helen Windsor. Lovingly remembered by many great grandchildren , nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to call at St. Andrews United Church, 10 Church St. in Sunderland on Sunday, April 24th, 2011 from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service in the Church on Monday, April 25th, 2011 at 11:00 am. Interment Sunderland Cemetery. As a remembrance, donations to Sunderland Cemetery or Residents Council at Caressant Care on McLaughlin, would be appreciated.
