George Desjardins Entered into rest at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Friday, April 22nd, 2011. Joseph George Edward Desjardins, in his 64th year, was the beloved husband of Linda Georgina Desjardins (nee Jerrome). Devoted son of Phyllis Desjardins (nee Robertson) of Pickering and the late Henry Desjardins. Dear father of Jeff & Lori Desjardins and Chad & Kerry Desjardins, all of Woodville. Brother of Jim & Sheila Desjardins of Sunderland and Margaret & Mike Filippelli of Mississauga. Predeceased by one brother Henry. Survived by sister-in-law Marion. Dearly remembered by his grandchildren Dawson, Dryden, Riley, Owen and Cassidy. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw St.S. in Cannington on Friday, April 29th, 2011 from 7 - 9 pm. Memorial Service from the Cannington Chapel on Saturday, April 30th, 2011 at 11:00 am. As a remembrance, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, would be appreciated.
