Obituary of Joan Marie Harlow

Peacefully, on Friday, June 23, 2017 at the Bon Air Nursing Home in Cannington, at age 76. Loved mother of Cheryl Richmond and her partner Vanessa Vansittart of Toronto, Andrew Richmond and his late wife Kathleen Foulkes of Toronto and Stephen Richmond of Toronto. Dear sister of Bob Saulnier and his wife Olga, Mary Goddard and Helen Deveau and her husband Leonel and the late , Mike Saulnier and Paul Saulnier. She will be missed by her nieces Kim, Jackie, Nicole, Catherine Anne and Deanna and her nephew Chad.
