It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Garry Nelson Hewlett peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Monday, October 22nd, 2012 with family by his side. At the age of 67, Garry will be sadly missed by his sisters Jean (Dave) Spencer and Marlene (Bill) MacIntyre, his children Wayne (Connie) Hewlett, Bonnie Hewlett (Cam), and Cathy (Duane) Agnew. Dearly remembered by his grandchildren Nicole, Candice, Tim, Ashleigh, Stephanie, Kyle, Cody and Madison, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Charlie and Bernie Hewlett. Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Garry's Life at the Royal Canadian Legion, Cannington Branch # 186, 72 Peace St. in Cannington, on Sunday, October 28th, 2012 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. As a remembrance, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, would be appreciated. A special thank-you to the staff in the Palliative Care Unit at Ross Memorial Hospital.
