Obituary of Norma Beatrice Sands

Peacefully, on Friday, July 6, 2018 at the Victoria Village Manor, in Barrie, at age 87. Norma (nee Wilson), beloved wife of the late Kenneth Sands of Cannington. Loving mother of Don Sands and his wife Kerri of Barrie, and Gary Sands and his wife Kay of Gilford. Loved grandmother of Shawn Sands, Sheri Koh, Danielle Sands, and 7 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters and her parents Beatrice and Garnet Wilson. She will be remembered by her nieces and nephews.

The family of Norma Sands will receive family and friends at the THORNE FUNERAL HOME, 109 Laidlaw Street South in Cannington (705-432-2672) on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 10 – 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Smith Cemetery, Woodville.
