Allan Hardy
Entered into rest at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Saturday, December 1st, 2012. Allan Ross Hardy, in his 79th year, was the beloved husband of Anne Hardy (nee Cragg). Loving father of Rick Hardy of Oakwood, Scott (Heather) Hardy of Oakwood and Dan (Melony) Hardy of Cookstown.Dearly remembered by four grandchildren, Helana, Vanessa, Ren and Shane and two brother-in-laws Don Pugh and Ken McLean. Predeceased by his daughter Cheryl (1986) and two sisters Judy McLean (2007) and Darlene Pugh (2012). Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw St.S. in Cannington, on Tuesday, December 4th, 2012 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service from the Cannington Chapel on Wednesday, December 5th, 2012 at 2:00 pm. Cremation will follow with interment of cremated remains later at Claremont Union Cemetery. As a remembrance, donations to the Canadian Cancer society or the Diabetes Association, would be appreciated.
