To John, her children & her grandchildren & all the other family members who loved her. My deepest condolences on the passing of Bev. My heart breaks for all of you but especially John, someone I remember from childhood who always went out of his way to pay attention to a small child & make her laugh. As a little girl I remember attending John & Bev's wedding, I don't remember much of the wedding but I sure remember being amazed by all the food at the reception. John and Bev have always been the essence of warmth and caring and a generous Christian spirit. Bev will be much missed. I remember attending a bridal shower in your home. Though I remember only vaguely who the shower was for, I clearly remember Bev as the model hostess, someone with the gift of hospitality. Bev has been a positive influence in my life and in the lives of so many. Praying that Jesus will come soon to reunite us with those we have loved dearly and lost too soon. Am so sorry John to hear of Bev's passing. Can still remember the night on choir tour when you got engaged....Bev and I were "roomies" at your grandparents' place. The other time I remember visiting you and Bev was in your home in Willowdale? when you brought Damon home from the hospital. She was always a presence working behind the scenes quietly making certain alumni had their Sabbath get together after Kingsway alumni weekend Sabbath sermon. Yum! What a route our lives have taken since the Willowdale church south of Loblaw's plaza. We always enjoyed your family so much.
