Peacefully, on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Oshawa, at age 89. Isobel (nee Stephenson), beloved wife of 66 years to Beverley Neill of Cannington. Loving mother of Bruce Neill, and Sandra and her husband John Hartle. Mother-in-law of Ginny Neill. Loved grandmother of Michelle (Adam Bowins), Scott Hartle, Steven Hartle, Gerry Neill (Krista), Chris Neill (Loretta), and Matt Neill and great grandmother of Brycen, Kenzie, Luke, and Isabella. Predeceased by her sisters Elta Dixon, and Doreen Mitchell, and her brothers Ray Stephenson and Carl Stephenson. She will be missed by her nieces and nephews.
Due to the restrictions of COVID 19 a private graveside service was held at the Cedar Vale Cemetery in Cannington. If desired memorial donations may be made through the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw Street South in Cannington (705-432-2672) to the Victoria Order of Nurses.
