One of my favourite memories was on Donna and Ross' wedding day. While I was doing Donna's hair, Ross phoned and simply asked "Is she crying yet?" He had arranged to have roses sent to her while she was getting her hair done. So romantic. My heart goes out to Donna and family, he will be so missed.
