Marlene Howe Entered into rest peacefully with family by her side at Lakeview Manor in Beaverton, Ontario on Wednesday, August 21st, 2013. Marlene Frances Howe (nee Jenkins), in her 75th year, was the beloved wife of Earl (Joe) Douglas Howe. Loving mother of Doug (Jayne), Jody (April), Virginia Starr and the late Stephen (1990). Devoted grandmother of Sheri-ann (James), Bethany (Travis), Jocie (Adam), Jordan, Ashton,Jonathan, Justin, Taylor (Heather) and Alyssa. Great grandmother of Samantha, Emma, Maddix, Iyla, Autumn, Brody, Blake and Khloe. Dear sister of Bernice Burns, Shirley Doyle and Nancy Hoskins. Predeceased by two sisters Marie Skinner and Dorothea Seymour and two brothers Russell and John Jenkins. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw St.S. in Cannington, on Friday, August 23rd, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Saturday, August 24th, 2013 at 1:30.Interment of cremated remains will take place at a later date at Cedar Vale Cemetery, in Brock Township. As a remembrance, donation to a charity of your choice, would be gratefully appreciated.
