Matthew was my first real boyfriend in high school, I remember. Him teaching me how to play games on the play station, helping me not be afraid of the turkeys in the barn, sitting on the swing in the fron yard with him and his dog, letters he sent to me while I was working at camp and a few visits too and veggie pizza's and movies on "date" nights and many more memeories to many to post, A part of me will always love Matt. It is hard to know the right words to say because there just isn't any. If I could bring him back I would. I know this devastating loss will be a huge hole in your hearts. The only way to keep your heart full is to cling to each other as a family and keep his memory alive. I will always remember Matt as a sweet little boy who was the apple of his parents eye. Dear David and Susan, I cannot think of any words that will truly comfort you but I wish I could. I remember Matthew as a sensitive quiet young man who would not have wanted to put you in the horrific pain I imagine you to be in, could he have helped it. You must now go on, carrying a weight of sadness and disappointment and loss and try to make sense of it all as well as you can.
