Entered into rest suddenly at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Thursday, November 7th, 2013. Frances Mae Bruce (nee Cook), in her 82nd year, was the beloved wife of the late Taylor Eli 'Jim' Bruce (2008). Loving mother of Mervin (Audrey) Bruce of Woodville. Devoted grandmother of Michael and Aaron. Survived by eight siblings Betty (Eldon predeceased), Bob (Hilda), Ronnie (Joan), Yvonne (Ross), Lorraine (Ken predeceased), Karen (Lyle), Kalvin (Marie) and Linda (Peter). Predeceased by one brother George and one sister Blanche. Dearly remembered by many nieces and nephews.Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw St.S. in Cannington on Sunday, November 10th, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service from Woodville United Church (corner of King and Nappadale) on Monday, November 11th, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Interment Smith Cemetery near Woodville. As a remembrance, donations to Five Counties Children's Centre or Trish's Wish Foundation, would be gratefully appreciated.
