Entered into rest peacefully at the Bon Air Nursing Home in Cannington on Tuesday, November 12th, 2013. Lloyd Britton McKean, in his 92nd year, was the beloved husband of the late Eleanour Irene McKean (2006 nee Midwood). Loving father of Cameron (Chris) McKean of Woodville, Malcolm (Lexie) McKean of Cannington, Valerie McKean of Oshawa, Julie (Blair) Malcolm of Cannington, Celeste (Mike) Klipina of Toronto and chosen daughter Kathy (Alex) Ozog of Alliston. Dearly remembered by 15 grandchildren, Michael (Barbara) McKean, Melissa (Travis) Greenfield, Marcy McKean, Alexandrine McKean (Billie Graham), Robert (Lisa) McKean, Kimberley (Mike) Underwood, Matthew Malcolm, Katarina, Stevan, Milan, Kristina and Nicholas Klipina, Jennifer (Chris) Stiefeling, Mark Ozog, Julie (Pete) Vandervoort. and 14 great grandchildren, Allison, Wyatt, Candice, Carson, Mackenzie, Carmen, Karissa, Landon, Aubrey, Erik, Julia, Alexander, Adam and Ariel. Predeceased by 4 brothers, Donald, Neil, Dean, George and 1 sister Jean Butler. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw St.S. in Cannington on Friday, November 15th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Saturday, November 16th, 2013 at 11:00 am. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery in Beaverton. As a remembrance, donations to Brock Community Care or the Bon Air Nursing Home, would be gratefully appreciated.
