Entered into rest at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Wednesday, March 7th, 2012. Donald Leslie Vernon, in his 59th year, was the beloved husband of Jane Vernon (nee Nicholson) of Cannington. Loving father of Leslie & Scott and Donny & Kaylee all of Cannington. Devoted papa of Hannah and Jacob. Dear brother of Roger & Terri of Cannington and Brian & Pat of Woodville. Dearly remembered by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Ray & Joan Vernon. A Celebration of Dunc's life will be held from the Royal Canadian Legion Hall Branch 186 in Cannington on Friday, March 16th, 2012 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. As a remembrance, donations to the Brock Minor Hockey Association or the Cannington Legion Branch 186, would be appreciated.
