Celia 'Ces' Briere
Entered into rest surrounded in spirit by her loving family on Friday, July 9th, 2010. Celia Grace 'Ces' Briere (nee Douglas), in her 64th year, survived by her husband and best friend Wayne and their three children Kelly LeBlanc and her husband Martin of Ottawa, Russell Briere and his wife Kelly of Lindsay and Janelle Briere of Cameron. Also two sister Laura Douglas of Kamloops B.C. and Heather Meyer and her husband of Virginia. Predeceased by her parents Russell and Enid Douglas and her brother Paul Douglas. Celia worked 13 memorable years at the Ross Memorial Hospital and was a wonderful, caring and highly respected nurse. Her family will always remember the appreciation 'Ces' continuously received from her patients. The family will receive friends at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw St.S. in Cannington, on Wednesday, July 14th, 2010 from 12 noon until time of Memorial Service at 1:00 pm. Reception to follow. In memoriam donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association www.cmha.ca would be appreciated.
