Orma, Susan, Elaine and families am sorry we were not able to attend Russell's funeral. The original obituary notice did not mention visitation so I did not know you were having one. It is hard to believe they (Dad and Russell are gone. I am sure they are having a good laugh about something, planning a renovation or little road trip somewhere It is hard to separate them as they were so close for so many years. When you reflect on their life you marvel of how they were blessed. great family, successful farmer and carpenter who enjoyed self employment. good health and very little hardships we remember the love, as we mourn the loss, may we remember to celebrate their lives. Dear Orma, Susan, Elaine, Anne and James, I've always loved hearing Susan's stories about Russell over the years -- the time when he climbed up a ladder at the Historical Society and when he helped lay Susan's floors -- in his nineties.
