Entered into rest peacefully surrounded by his family at his home in Cannington on Friday, October 15, 2010. Ernest Russell Stewart Lillico, in his 96th year, was the beloved husband for 62 years of Orma Joan (nee Lamb). Loving father of Susan Lillico and Elaine Lillico Carter and her companion Rob Stewart. Dearly loved grandpa of Anne Lewis and James Lewis. He was predeceased by his sister Grace Lillico and his brother Gordon William Lillico. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home, 109 Laidlaw Street South in Cannington on Wednesday, October 20th 2010 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Service will take place from Trinity United Church, 50 Laidlaw Street North in Cannington on Thursday, October 21st, 2010 at 2:00 pm. Private interment at CedarVale Cemetery. As a remembrance, donations to the Salvation Army or a charity of your choice, would be appreciated.
