Obituary of Douglas Fish

Doug Fish Entered into rest suddenly at Victoria Manor in Lindsay on Sunday, February 3rd, 2013. Douglas Edward Fish, in his 94th year, was the beloved husband of the late Muriel Beacroft (1977) and special friend of the late Marion Short (2009). Loving father of the late Rodger Beacroft Fish (2000) and daughter-in-law Melinda Fish (nee Stillman) of Lindsay. Cherished grandfather of Shelley Robarts (Paul) and Lisa Davidson (George). Dearly remembered by his great grandchildren Stephanie Davidson, Tyler and Jacob Saulnier. Dear brother of Peter Fish of Lindsay. Predeceased by siblings Heather, Graham and Barbara. Friends are invited to call at the Thorne Funeral Home, 98 River Street in Sunderland on Thursday, February 7th, 2013 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Friday, February 8th, 2013 at 11:00 am. Interment McNeil Cemetery at Wick. As a remembrance, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, would be appreciated. All members of the Gothic Lodge # 608 and visiting brethren are asked to assemble at the funeral home for Masonic Service Thursday, February 7th, 2013 at 6:45 pm.
